Sea World Christmas Holiday Events And Shows

Polar Express show plus other holiday events at Sea World Orlando



Sea World of Orlando has some new Christmas holiday events this year, along with some old ones. The Shamu show features new holiday music and festive lights, along with new tricks from Shamu and friends.

Clyde and Seamore, the funny, comical sea lions have a new Christmas show called "Countdown to Christmas" that is a hoot.

The gang from Sesame Street will be at Sea World putting on their own holiday show called "A Sesame Street Christmas." The show will featuring our favorite yellow friend Big Bird and the other popular character as they show what Christmas is all about. There will also be a meet and greet after the show for kids.

From Nov. 13 to Jan. 3, The Wild Arctic Ride has been transformed into The Polar Express Experience. The simulator ride is based on the Tom Hanks movie of the same name. You will be transported to a winter wonderland of holiday lights, smells, sounds and motion effects. You even get to greet Santa Clause!

Finally each night the bayside stadium, next to the lake inside SeaWorld, is transformed into a holiday ice skating venue. Some of the most talented skaters in the world put on a show with real ice, as towering fountains of water dance behind it on the lake.

Lit with Christmas lights and decorations it includes dazzling holiday fireworks in the sky. The holidays is a wonderful time to visit Sea World with all the extra holiday shows and events going on.

The weather is great, not too hot or cold, and the bugs of summer are gone! The whole park at Sea World is decorated with fantastic lights and makes for an unforgettable holiday experience!
